How does family sync work?

Everything mirrors over your private iCloud across iPhone, iPad, and Mac. There's no Ghost Labs account to create — sign in to iCloud on each family device and the household shows up.

How is photo proof captured?

The App opens the camera live and burns a real-time timestamp into the saved image. Kids can't pull a photo from the camera roll — it has to be taken inside the App, in the moment.

My kid is trying to approve their own chores. Help.

Parent mode is gated by Face ID, so only a parent's face unlocks approval. Optionally, set a 4-digit PIN on each kid's profile to keep siblings out of each other's accounts too.

How do routines work?

Set a chore to repeat daily, weekdays, every other day, or weekly. The App spawns the chore automatically each morning, so you don't have to re-create "make your bed" every day.

Can multiple kids share a chore?

Yes. Assign one chore to two or three kids and the points are split evenly. They share a photo checklist and can collaborate — or argue about who took which picture.

What goes in the Loot Shop?

Whatever your kids actually care about. Common picks: 30 minutes of screen time, an ice cream run, an allowance payout, picking the family movie. Kids can also request new awards themselves — parents review the request, set the point value, and decide whether to add it to the shop. You stay in control of what's available and how much it costs.

The pixie has devil horns. Why?

A chore went past due. Tap into the chore from the dashboard to see what's overdue, then either complete it or extend it.

How do I delete all my family's data?

Settings → Family → Erase household. Or just delete the App on every device — we don't keep anything on our servers, so once it's gone from your iCloud, it's gone.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by the App Store. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
